The rotary tiller uses low box gearbox and eight modulus gear transmission. The height of the gearbox is exactly matched to 40-80 horsepower tractor, the angle of the universal shaft and the horizontal plane is about 10 degrees. It can effectively improve the transmission efficiency of the universal joint drive shaft and reduce the damage of the transmission shaft. The cutter shaft is made of 80 thick and seamless steel pipe. The new type of disc connection is adopted. The aligning bearing is installed at both ends of the cutter shaft, and the concentricity of the cutter shaft can be adjusted automatically. The blade is made of 65Mn and IT245 rotary tillage knife. It has strong crushing ability. Once rotary tillage can achieve the effect of several times. By adapting a pair of bevel gears with different speed ratios, 220-320R/min can be used to achieve 220-320R/min rotation speed at PTO. The whole machine hangs with Longmen suspension, the whole frame is integrated, the whole machine is balanced in force, good rigidity, high intensity, and the width of operation is from 160cm to 230cm.
